Role Overview :

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as the primary financial architect for the organization, steering our fiscal strategy and long-term capital allocation in a high-growth environment. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and external investors to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing the entire finance function, from rigorous budgeting and financial reporting to leading high-stakes fundraising initiatives. By maintaining a robust balance sheet and fostering strong relationships with Private Equity partners, you will directly influence the companys valuation, operational efficiency, and ability to scale effectively in the competitive Gurgaon market.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead comprehensive financial planning and analysis to provide the leadership team with accurate forecasts and data-driven decision-making support.

- Execute complex fundraising strategies by engaging with Private Equity firms and institutional investors to secure capital for expansion and project finance requirements.

- Oversee the integrity of corporate finance operations, ensuring that all financial reporting adheres to global standards and regulatory compliance.

- Drive strategic budgeting processes across all departments to optimize resource allocation and maximize return on investment.

- Manage project finance initiatives by evaluating risk-reward profiles and ensuring the financial viability of large-scale infrastructure or business ventures.

- Cultivate transparent communication channels with stakeholders and the Board, providing clear visibility into the companys financial health and strategic trajectory.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end financial operations, including capital structuring, treasury management, and complex financial modelling.

- Proven ability to navigate high-pressure negotiations with investors and financial institutions, backed by a deep understanding of Private Equity dynamics.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate intricate financial narratives to non-financial stakeholders and board members.

- Strong leadership presence, capable of mentoring high-performing finance teams and fostering a culture of accountability and analytical rigor.

- A Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a premier business school is preferred, reflecting a strong foundation in corporate finance and strategic management.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment in Gurugram, maintaining high levels of engagement with cross-functional leadership teams.

- Ideal candidate MUST have experience in Real Estate and - or Hospitality.
