Chief Financial Officer

Job Description:

Role is with a newly established real estate investment and development platform. The company is focused on identifying, acquiring, developing, and managing opportunities across multiple real estate asset classes including residential, commercial, warehousing, industrial, logistics, data centres, and other hard assets.

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:

The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for building and leading the finance function of a fast-growing real estate investment and development platform. The role requires a strategic finance leader with strong experience in capital raising, project financing, treasury management, investor relations, governance, and financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Founder and leadership team on business strategy, growth plans, and capital allocation decisions.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision.

- Provide commercial and financial insights to support investment and development decisions.

- Build and scale the finance organization, processes, and governance framework.

- Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives.

- Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, private equity funds, investors, and strategic partners.

- Structure and execute financing solutions for acquisitions and development projects.

- Lead project financing and financial closure activities across multiple developments and investments.

- Manage treasury operations, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital.

- Establish and oversee Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for investments and development projects.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance management processes.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, statutory, taxation, and corporate governance requirements.

- Support evaluation, execution, and integration of acquisitions, land transactions, and investment opportunities.
