Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations of our manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial management, cost control, and regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment, along with a strong ability to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.

- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and margin analysis specific to manufacturing operations.

- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and internal financial controls.

- Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to support strategic decision-making.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning.

- Provide insights on cost optimization, pricing strategies, and profitability improvement.

- Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

- Implement and strengthen ERP systems and financial processes.

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Key Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.

- 10-18+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.

- Must have handled financial operations of - 300 crore or above.

- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and supply chain finance.

- Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and compliance.

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

- Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
