Chief Financial Officer

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Kolkata - Head Office

Experience: 15+ years in core finance roles, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership position

Industry Preference: E-commerce, Retail, FMCG, or other high-growth environments

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic finance leader to join the leadership team as CFO. The role involves driving financial strategy, operational efficiency, and long-term business planning in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall financial performance management and partner with senior leadership on growth roadmaps.

- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across business units and brands.

- Optimize working capital, treasury, and vendor financing arrangements.

- Ensure OTIF vendor payments and strengthen vendor partnerships.

- Champion cost reduction, margin expansion, and cash flow optimization.

- Oversee statutory compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement.

- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, and service providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.

- Proven track record in financial leadership roles within high-growth organizations.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
