Position:- Chief Financial Officer

Location:- Mumbai

Reporting to:- CEO

Role:-

Will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring legal compliance in all financial matters and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive management team. Will play a crucial role in driving the companys financial performance, managing risk and supporting the Companys growth objectives

Job Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and oversee the implementations of financial strategies, plans and budgets aligned with the companys goals

- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting and modeling to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation

- Monitor Key Financial metrics and performance indicators, providing regular reports and insights to the management team

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports and tax filings in compliance with relevant laws and regulations

- Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data

- Coordinate with auditors and regulators to facilitate audits and examinations

3. Treasury and Cash Management:

- Manage the companys liquidity, cash flow and investment activities to optimize returns and mitigate risks

- Oversee banking relationships, debt financing and capital raising activities

- Develop and implement cash management policies and procedures to maintain adequate liquidity

4. Risk Management:

- Identify, assess and manage financial risks, including credit risk, market risk and operational risk

- Implement risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect the companys financial interests

- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry developments impacting financial risk management

5. Strategic Planning and Decision support:

- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and business plans

- Provide financial insights and analysis to support investment decisions, pricing strategies and capital allocation

Professional Background:

- Thorough knowledge on financial regulations, reporting standards and compliance requirements

- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and budgeting

- B Com & any professional certification such as CPA, CFA,CA

- Preferably from Financial services industry experience
