Job Title: CFO (Chief Financial Officer)
Location: Gurugram
Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing the organizations overall financial strategy, planning, and risk management.
The role drives financial performance, ensures regulatory compliance, supports business growth, and acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute long-term financial strategy aligned with business goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and expansion initiatives.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor financial performance against plans and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights on profitability, cost optimization, and capital allocation.
P&L, Cash Flow & Working Capital:
- Oversee P&L management, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
- Ensure liquidity and effective use of financial resources.
- Manage debt, treasury, and banking relationships.
Accounting, Controls & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting as per statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with tax, legal, and corporate governance standards.
Investor & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage relationships with investors, lenders, auditors, and regulators.
- Prepare board-level financial presentations and reports.
- Lead fundraising, IPO readiness, or investor communications (if applicable).
Cost Control & Process Optimization:
- Drive cost efficiency, margin improvement, and process automation.
- Implement financial systems, ERP, and best-in-class reporting tools.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead high-performing finance, accounting, and compliance teams.
- Drive capability building and performance management.
Key Requirements:
- CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute.
- 15 to 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in FP&A, accounting, taxation, treasury, and compliance.
- Proven experience in P&L ownership and strategic decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
