Role Overview:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the organizations finance function, driving financial strategy, business planning, budgeting, risk management, and compliance. The role requires a strategic leader with strong business acumen and the ability to partner with stakeholders to fuel sustainable growth and financial stability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

- Define and drive the companys financial strategy aligned with long-term business goals.

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis activities.

- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Financial Management & Controls:

- Oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, costing, and financial operations.

- Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, and liquidity to support operational needs.

Business & Operational Leadership:

- Partner with business heads to support P&L performance, cost optimization, and profitability improvement.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, new projects, capex proposals, and business expansion plans.

- Lead financial due diligence for M&A, JV, and strategic partnerships.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Develop risk management frameworks to identify, monitor, and mitigate financial and business risks.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, RBI guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management:

- Manage relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, auditors, regulatory bodies, and board members.

- Present financial reports, business performance, and strategic updates to the Board.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Drive digital transformation across finance processes (automation, analytics, ERP).
