Job Role : Chief Financial Officer.

Location : Hyderabad.

Candidate must have experience in Infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and infrastructure development plans.

- Oversee all aspects of project financials, including profit and loss, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring, ensuring projects meet financial targets.

- Lead efforts to raise capital, manage investor relations, and secure funding to support expansion and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; analyze variances and take corrective actions to optimize financial health.

- Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks; ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

- Spearhead the digital transformation of financial processes, leveraging automation and new technologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.

- Identify, evaluate, and execute mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships that align with long-term growth plans.

- Foster a culture of transparency, integrity, and ethical standards within the finance team and across the organization.

- Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for the finance staff, promoting a high-performance environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA, CPA, CFA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent financial qualifications.

- Minimum 18+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

- Expertise in project finance, capital raising, and managing financial performance for complex infrastructure and public sector initiatives.

- Deep understanding of financial modeling, risk management, and regulatory compliance in the infrastructure industry.

- Strong experience in financial technologies, digital transformation, and modern finance systems.
