Role Overview

The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive team, owning the entire financial strategy, health, and future capital management of the company. Success requires a blend of hands-on operational finance expertise and proven strategic ability in fundraising and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:

- Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute high-impact financial strategies and organizational plans that directly support and accelerate ambitious business growth goals.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations (Mandatory): Lead all fundraising initiatives (Seed, Series A, etc.), actively build and maintain strong investor relationships, and present financial health and strategy to the Board and external stakeholders.

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee all critical FP&A functions, including comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial modeling to ensure capital efficiency.

- Risk Management & Stability: Manage financial risks, implement robust internal controls, and ensure meticulous financial stability and regulatory compliance across all retail and corporate operations.

- Operational Finance: Directly oversee accounting, taxation, audit, and treasury functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting (MIS, statutory filings).

Requirements & Ideal Profile:

- Experience: 8 to 15 years of progressive experience in senior finance leadership roles.

- Domain Focus: Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience, preferably within the fast-moving fashion, retail, D2C (Direct-to-Consumer), or high-growth startup sectors.

- Mandatory Expertise: Strong, demonstrable expertise in fundraising, capital management, and building successful investor relations.

- Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities, strategic mindset, and proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
