Role Overview:
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at proptech Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's financial strategy. This executive position requires a visionary leader who can drive financial growth, ensure compliance, and optimize the financial health of our diverse business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee financial strategies that align with Group's mission and long-term vision, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead all fundraising initiatives, engage with investors, and conduct thorough due diligence to secure and expand financial resources that will support the companys aggressive expansion plans.
- Maintain financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions, with a specific focus on adhering to RBI and FEMA regulations in India, as well as financial laws in Singapore and the UAE.
- Monitor and analyses key financial metrics, such as contribution margins, cash flows, and operational expenses, to guide strategic decision-making and enhance overall business performance.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting by implementing rigorous internal controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets.
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to provide financial insights and recommendations that will shape corporate strategy and decision-making.
- Spearhead cost optimization initiatives, efficiency improvements, and financial process automation to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
Preferred Skills & Expertise:
- Demonstrated success in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning to support business growth and long-term profitability.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA from a top-tier institution such as Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, IIM, or ISB, complemented by a professional qualification like CA or CPA.
- At least 12+ years of proven expertise in capital raising, investor relations, and navigating complex financial landscapes, including experience with venture capital and private equity funding.
- Extensive experience in a CFO role, preferably in high-growth environments such as technology or real estate startups that have scaled to unicorn status.
- A deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and taxation, particularly in multi-jurisdictional contexts.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage intricate financial operations and make data-driven, high-stakes decisions.
