Chief Financial Officer

- Budgeting financial planning, analysing financial performance, providing assistance to finance and accounts team.

- Deliver ABP targets; achieve cost of finance and optimize cash conversion

- Manage Cash flow, strengthen treasury, funding arrangements, and credit insurance; ensure zero bad debts and tight debtors' control.

- Ensure timely statutory reporting, audits, and compliance

- Lead SAP automation projects to streamline finance operations.

- Oversee finance set-up, USA & UK tax compliance, and corporate restructuring.

- Providing leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams

- Providing recommendations to the CEOs and members of the executive team

- Assisting in the processes of financial prediction and preparation of budgets
