Chief Financial Officer

Location: Kolkata.

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Experience: 15+ years in senior financial leadership, with proven IPO experience.

Education: CA or CPA; CFA will be a plus.

- Role Summary : We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, operations, and governance.

- The CFO will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, maintaining strong financial controls, and managing capital effectively to support sustainable growth.

- A key focus of this role will be to drive the company's IPO readiness and execution, while building strong relationships with investors and enhancing overall financial transparency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management & Compliance : Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, cash flow, budgeting, and reporting.

- Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with corporate goals.

- IPO :Strategy & Execution Design and implement a comprehensive IPO readiness roadmap.

- Investor Relations :Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.

- Leadership & Growth Strategy Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team on corporate strategy and M&A opportunities.
