Key Responsibilities: - Manage the P/L & books - Cash flow planning - Budget vs Actual for all projects. - Controller to monitor project and purchase/ procurement. - Monitor fixed cost and continuously work towards reducing fixed and construction cost. - Oversee Erp - Fund raising - Coordinate and liaise with auditors. - Streamlining & Creating monthly finance MIS for the vertical - Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity and industry developments. Key Requirements: - Preferably from real estate background - Has experience of handling team. - Strong understanding of real estate financials, project financing and taxation. - Proven track record if managing financial operations 50-100 cr - Knowledge of ERP system - Knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA compliance and project financing structures. - Previous work Experience: 10-12 years preferably in real estate / hospitality
