Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Experience : 20+ Years

Industry : Pharma

IPO Experience will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization.

- Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for business decision-making.

- Manage treasury, working capital, fund-raising, and investor relations.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.

- Drive cost optimization, profitability improvement, and financial controls across the business.

- Partner with leadership team in business strategy, expansion, and long-term growth initiatives.

- Lead financial due diligence, audits, and risk management activities.

- Spearhead IPO preparedness and execution (experience in IPO will be a strong advantage).

- Mentor and guide the finance team to build strong processes and governance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

- Strong exposure to the pharmaceutical industry is mandatory.

- Proven track record in strategic financial management, compliance, and corporate governance.

- Experience in IPO and capital market processes will be an added advantage.

- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
