Description: We're Hiring: Chief Financial Controller

Location: Ahmedabad

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Controller to lead and strengthen our financial governance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial governance, internal controls, and approvals

- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and forex negotiations

- Lead financial forecasting, budget monitoring, and MIS reporting

- Ensure accuracy in accounting entries and closures (Tally)

- Manage inventory valuation and reconciliations

- Lead statutory, tax, and GST audits

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other regulations

- Prepare financial updates for investors, lenders & the Board

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team

- Advise management on financial strategy, risks, and profitability

Ideal Candidate:

- 5+ years in a Finance Controller role

- CA, MBA/PGDM (Finance)

- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

- Expertise in financial planning, statutory audits, and cash flow management
