Job Summary:

- We are seeking a strategic and analytical Chief Financial Analyst to support senior leadership with financial planning, performance monitoring, and business decision-making.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, proven leadership ability, and experience in cost control, risk management, and capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Analyze business performance, internal operations, and market trends to drive improvements

- Conduct risk assessments and manage liabilities, investments, and capital structure

- Track financial KPIs, implement corrective actions, and present key insights to stakeholders

- Supervise finance teams and ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and systems

Required Qualifications:

- 6+ years of financial management experience

- Strong leadership, integrity, and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities

- In-depth knowledge of accounting, compliance, and financial controls

- Exposure to capital fundraising and financial systems

Preferred:

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Experience in international finance or NBFCs

- Background in M&A or investor relations
