Chief Finance Officer - Garment/Textile Industry - CA

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead the finance and accounts function for our Garment Division. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial leadership, manufacturing finance, and business partnering within the garment/textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall Finance & Accounts function for the division.

- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, taxation, and statutory requirements.

- Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.

- Provide financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

- Oversee audits, financial reporting, MIS, and risk management.

- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies.

- Ensure adherence to corporate governance and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.

- 1523 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a CFO role.

- Strong exposure to end-to-end finance operations.

- Prior experience in the Garment Manufacturing / Textile industry is mandatory.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive business performance.
