The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong financial acumen, proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, and a track record of successful financial management in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Planning: - Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with short-term and long-term - business objectives. - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and board based on financial analysis and projections.
