Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to join our executive team in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai as the Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of our fiscal strategy, overseeing the entire spectrum of corporate finance, treasury operations, and long-term capital planning.
You will work closely with the Board of Directors, the CEO, and department heads to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights that drive sustainable growth. By steering our financial health and mitigating enterprise-wide risks, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market position, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering superior value to our stakeholders and investors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end financial planning and analysis process to provide the executive team with accurate forecasting and performance metrics that inform critical business decisions.
- Direct all corporate finance activities, including capital structure management and treasury operations, to ensure optimal liquidity and funding for strategic initiatives.
- Oversee comprehensive taxation and audit functions to maintain rigorous compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Spearhead M&A activities and inorganic growth strategies by conducting thorough due diligence and valuation to expand our market footprint.
- Manage enterprise risk by implementing robust internal controls and reporting frameworks that protect the organizations assets and reputation.
- Drive the annual budgeting process across all business units to ensure resource allocation aligns with the company's overarching strategic objectives.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic finance and financial reporting, with a proven ability to communicate complex fiscal narratives to board members and external investors.
- Strong proficiency in managing large-scale treasury operations and complex tax structures within a high-growth corporate environment.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities, with the ability to mentor high-performing finance teams and foster a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Advanced analytical mindset, capable of identifying market trends and operational inefficiencies to improve bottom-line performance.
- A professional qualification such as CA, complemented by 20 to 28 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles.
- High degree of adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai, with the interpersonal finesse to navigate cross-functional stakeholder relationships effectively.
