We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to serve as the Chief Finance Officer for a prominent organization based in Kerala. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary architect of our financial strategy, overseeing the entire fiscal health of the company while serving as a key advisor to the Board and the CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

- Direct the comprehensive financial planning and analysis process to provide actionable insights that guide executive decision-making and long-term business strategy.

- Oversee the integrity of financial reporting and audit functions to ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards.

- Manage corporate treasury operations and liquidity positions to optimize cash flow and support the organization's investment and expansion goals.

- Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline financial workflows and enhance data accuracy across all business units.

- Spearhead enterprise-wide risk management initiatives to identify potential fiscal threats and implement proactive mitigation strategies that protect shareholder value.

- Drive tax planning and compliance efforts to ensure the organization maintains a tax-efficient structure while adhering to all local and national regulations.

Required Skillset :

- Possess a deep functional expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and complex taxation, backed by a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
