Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial management, regulatory frameworks, and capital markets with hands-on experience in managing IPO processes.
This individual will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, audits, and investor relations.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Lead the preparation and execution of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare regular management reports to support strategic decision-making.
Accounting & Financial Operations:
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
- Ensure timely and compliant tax filings and statutory audits.
IPO Readiness and Execution:
- Lead and manage all financial aspects of IPO preparation and execution, including compliance with SEBI, SEC (if applicable), and stock exchange listing requirements.
- Liaise with investment bankers, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies for IPO-related processes.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure full compliance with all financial, tax, and corporate regulations.
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through effective internal control systems.
ERP & Financial Systems Management:
- Manage and optimize the use of SAP (FI/CO modules) for financial reporting and process automation.
- Drive digitization and integration of financial systems to improve efficiency.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Promote a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Professional Certifications: CA, CPA, or CMA (mandatory).
- Education: MBA in Finance or equivalent degree (preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a senior finance role, with proven IPO experience.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in FI/CO modules.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
