Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Ahmedabad, India (Global Role)

Team Size: 8-10 members
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Experience Required: 10+ years in senior finance leadership roles

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CFO to support the company's rapid global expansion. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team and will drive financial strategy, fundraising, global banking relationships, and financial operations.
This role requires strong experience in fundraising, investor relations, capital structuring, and global banking management.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the company's overall financial strategy
- Act as a strategic advisor to the MD, CEO, and leadership team
Fundraising & Capital Management:
- Lead fundraising initiatives including investors, bank loans, private equity, and venture capital
- Manage equity and debt fundraising
- Structure capital strategies to support company growth
- Maintain and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions
Global Banking & Financial Operations:
- Manage multi-country banking relationships and global treasury operations
- Handle global banking coordination, forex management, and cross-border transactions
Financial Planning & Control:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and financial modeling
- Ensure strong cash flow, working capital, and treasury management
Risk, Compliance & Reporting:
- Manage financial risk, internal controls, and compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across India and global entities
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Work closely with investors, auditors, banks, and legal advisors
- Willingness to travel across India and internationally
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / Master's in Finance or Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in senior finance leadership roles
- Strong experience in:
o Fundraising (Investors, Bank Loans, Private Equity, Venture Capital)
o Global banking relationships and treasury management
o Multi-country financial operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills
