Job Opportunity Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function and partner with leadership in driving sustainable growth and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting & MIS
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund-raising (if applicable)
- Oversee statutory audits, internal controls, and risk management
- Support business decisions with data-driven financial insights
- Liaise with banks, investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Desired Profile :
- Qualified CA / CPA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 12 to 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Strong exposure to P&L management and strategic finance
- Experience in manufacturing / FMCG / pharma / services (as applicable)
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
