Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Company Overview:

A leading player in the HVAC sector, the company designs and manufactures advanced refrigeration compressors and systems for industrial applications. With 10 state-of-the-art plants serving domestic and global markets, it is entering a high-growth phase, preparing for private equity investment and a future IPO.

Role Overview:

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company's financial strategy, capital structure, and investor relations. This role requires a proven track record in managing financial operations for companies undergoing significant growth, restructuring, or capital raising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and compliance.

- Lead financial planning to support the company's expansion strategy and IPO readiness.

- Manage relationships with private equity investors, investment banks, auditors, and regulators.

- Ensure timely preparation of audited financial statements and statutory reports.

- Drive the development of financial systems, processes, and controls to support scale.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities.

- Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and Board on financial risks and opportunities.

- Oversee due diligence processes for capital raising and public listing requirements.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA), or CPA

- 15+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.

- Proven experience in private equity transactions, IPO preparation, or large-scale fundraising.

- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and financial regulations in India.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
