Chief Executive Officer - Wealth Business

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Our client is one of India's most exciting new economy players, combining a best in class technology and fintech platform with traditional economy sectors like real estate to deliver unprecedented market access to alternative investments and financial returns. The target clients will be High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (HNI and UHNI) investors. The CEO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve growth and profitability targets.

- Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals, including wealth managers, investment advisors, and support staff

- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.

- Investment Management: Oversee the development and implementation of investment strategies and products that meet the needs of our clients

- Risk Management: Ensure that the company operates within established risk parameters and maintains a strong risk management framework.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those related to anti-money laundering, know-your-customer, and securities laws.

- Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other financial institutions, asset managers, and service providers.

- Brand Building: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the company, including marketing and communications strategies.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or a related field.

Qualifications: MBA or CA/CFA

Skills:

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, business development, investment management, risk management, and regulatory compliance skills.

Network:

- Strong network of relationships with high net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients.
