Chief Executive Officer - Venture Finance

Position Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will lead Venture Finance, focusing on venture debt, Startup financing, building robust investment portfolio and financial advisory services.

The CEO will drive entrepreneurial growth, ecosystem partnerships, and innovative financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies for venture debt, Startup financing, building robust investment portfolio and advisory services.

- Ecosystem Partnerships: Build strong relationships with startups, venture capital firms, and industry bodies.

- Regulatory & Governance: Ensure compliance with MCA and applicable financial regulations.

- Innovation: Drive product innovation, digital adoption, and differentiated financial solutions.

- Capital & Investor Relations: Raise funds, manage investor confidence, and oversee capital deployment.

- Culture & Talent: Foster an agile, entrepreneurial, and high-performance organizational culture.

- Credit & Investment monitoring

Qualifications & Experience:

- 15-20 years of experience in venture finance, debt, structured finance, or advisory services.

- Cutting edge experience in fintech

- Deep understanding of NCR - geography / economics / demographics as major plus point

- Exposure to startup ecosystems and venture capital networks.

- Strong background in deal structuring, fundraising, and portfolio management.

- MBA/CA/CFA or equivalent qualification preferred.
