Chief Executive Officer - Trims/Narrow Fabrics Industry

We're Hiring | Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Location: Mumbai

We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer with a strong Marketing & Manufacturing background (B2B) to lead a well-established organization in the Trims / Narrow Fabrics industry.

Ideal Background

- 20+ years of experience in Trims, Narrow Fabrics, Elastics, or B2B textile products

- Proven experience as CEO / Business Head / P&L Head / VP Marketing

- Strong expertise across Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing operations

- Ability to manage large-scale production including factories, QC, logistics, procurement, and maintenance

- Exposure to warping, covering, weaving, and finishing operations

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall business growth, profitability, and market expansion

- Define and execute long-term strategy and vision

- Lead marketing, commercial, and brand-building initiatives

- Oversee operations, financial performance, and cost optimization

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team

- Act as the face of the organization with key stakeholders

Compensation: - 80 LPA - 1 Cr PA (depending on experience)
