Our Client is a three-decade-plus travel marketing firm headquartered in Delhi with a presence in sales across India and an office in Singapore. A category creator. We are hiring the following for them:-
Position: CEO
Location: New Delhi
Compensation: 80 LPA - 1.25 Cr (Includes 20% Annual Performance Bonus)
Reports to: Promoter Family
Key Skills needed: Martech + Strong in Creating Structures & proceeses+ Empathy

Role Mandate:
Lead the business with a clear focus on building structure, driving growth, building processes, and execution. The CEO will scale the organization, strengthen Marketing Tech capabilities of the organization, and ensure sustainable long- term growth while building strong relationships with all stakeholders, external & internal.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Build Structure & Execution (- 50%)
- Create strong operating processes across sales, marketing, and operations
- Establish performance metrics, reporting systems, and execution discipline
- Strengthen stakeholder and partner relationships
- Build scalable systems to support long- term growth
2. Drive Strategic Growth (- 25%)
- Identify and scale key business growth drivers (develop new business channels etc)
- Strengthen distribution channels including travel agents, tour operators, wedding planners etc.
- Improve customer acquisition, retention, and the overall customer journey
- Target ~15% CAGR through disciplined commercial execution
3. Leadership & Team Development (- 25%)
- Lead and mentor the team.
- Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration
- Align leadership teams with strategic priorities
Candidate Profile
- 12 - 20 years' experience post qualification from a premium institute.
- Empathetic people leader with strong communication skills.
- Highly structured, organized, and execution- oriented.
- Self- motivated with a strong ownership mindset.
- Strong Marketing Orientation (digital, product development, research customer journeys, etc.).
- Tech- savvy and comfortable using digital tools and data.
- Senior leadership experience in travel, hospitality, consumer services, retail, or allied sectors preferred.
