
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Companies strategic roadmap toward growth and profitable exit.
- Act as a strategic partner to the board and founders, guiding business expansion.
- Establish funding strategy and investor relations, leveraging strong networks for Series A/B and beyond.
- Drive revenue growth, market expansion, and valuation scaling in BFSI and analytics space.
- Develop key partnerships with global BFSI clients and technology partners.
- Prepare the organization for acquisition, merger, or big-tech investment (e.g., LTI, MindTree, or global players).
- Mentor leadership (including future CEO Siddharth) for seamless succession.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record of building and scaling product-based technology companies, ideally with successful exits.
- Strong exposure to BFSI, data analytics, automation, or ERP sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to raise funding, lead valuations, and build strategic investor relationships.
- Deep understanding of M&A, scaling operations, and global expansion.
- Exceptional leadership, vision, and communication skills.
Preferred Profile:
- Entrepreneurial leaders with 20+ years of experience, including C-suite leadership.
- Experience in taking companies to high-value exits.
- Strong industry network with VCs, PEs, and strategic investors.
- Open to candidates in their mid-40s to late-50s.
