Chief Executive Officer - Strategy/Growth & Business Leadership

About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a CEO to partner closely with the Founder in building and scaling a high-growth consumer internet business.

This is a high-impact leadership role for an exceptional operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution shaping the company's next phase of growth, driving business performance, and working across functions to turn strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of top-tier strategy consulting experience and hands-on leadership experience in a large-scale, high-growth startup, with the ability to operate at both the 30,000-foot strategic level and deep in execution.

What You Will Own:

- Partner closely with the Founder on company strategy, growth priorities and long-term business planning.

- Translate strategic objectives into clear business plans, operating mechanisms and measurable outcomes.

- Drive cross-functional execution across business, growth, product, marketing, operations and other critical functions.

- Identify and unlock new growth opportunities across customer acquisition, monetisation, retention, new businesses and market expansion.

- Own and drive key strategic initiatives that have a direct impact on revenue, profitability and scale.

- Work closely with business leaders to improve operating efficiency, productivity and organisational effectiveness.

- Build strong performance-management mechanisms and ensure execution against company-wide priorities.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships and strategic investments.

- Bring a strong P&L and commercial orientation to decision-making.

- Act as a thought partner to the Founder & CEO on critical business decisions.

- Represent the organisation in discussions with senior stakeholders, investors and other external partners where required.

- Help build the organisation, leadership team and operating culture required for the next stage of scale.

What We Are Looking For:

Must Have:

- 12- 15 years of overall experience.

- Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm in a strategy / general management capacity.

- Strong preference for candidates who have spent 45+ years in top-tier consulting.

- Subsequently moved into a large-scale, high-growth startup / consumer internet / digital business and held a meaningful operating leadership role.

- Proven experience driving business strategy + execution, rather than pure advisory/consulting.
