Chief Executive Officer - Solar Inverter/FMCD

Role Overview

First-time CEO role to lead strategic vision, governance, AOP execution, growth, and operational excellence while driving transformation, scaling operations, ensuring full P&L ownership, and steering the company's PAN India expansion in renewable energy and power electronics.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute corporate strategy aligned with Board directives

- Identify growth opportunities across markets

- Drive innovation in renewable energy and power electronics

- Deliver revenue growth and profitability

- Own P&L, budgeting, and capital allocation

- Track performance and drive corrective actions

- Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and sales

- Ensure efficiency, quality, and scalability

- Implement strong systems and processes

- Build and lead executive team

- Strengthen culture and succession planning

- Align teams to business goals

Eligibility & Qualifications

- 18-25 years of experience out of which minimum 5+ years in FMCD / Consumer Durables

- Proven track record in scaling businesses across multiple regions / PAN India level

- Background in consumer durables, or electronics will be a significant plus
