Chief Executive Officer - Social Impact Foundation

A leading not-for-profit charitable trust working across Health, Education, Disability, and Water Management is looking for a visionary and mission-driven CEO to lead its social impact initiatives and overall organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall operations, administration, and strategic direction of the Trust

- Mentor and guide the leadership team while aligning with the organizations vision and mission

- Drive project identification, evaluation, grant management, and impact monitoring

- Build strong relationships with NGOs, CSR partners, institutions, government bodies, and stakeholders

- Facilitate innovative initiatives across Health, Education, Disability, and Water Management sectors

- Oversee governance, regulatory compliance, annual filings, and stakeholder coordination

- Support partnerships with academic institutions, foundations, and CSR-funded NGOs

- Manage organizational infrastructure, administration, and external liaisoning

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong leadership and people management experience

- Background in CSR, philanthropy, NGO management, or social impact sectors

- Experience managing grants, governance, stakeholder engagement, and institutional partnerships

- Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, compliance, and strategic program oversight

- Passion for creating sustainable and large-scale social impact
