Role Overview:

As the Chief Executive Officer for our Senior Living Project in Kochi, you will serve as the primary architect of the venture's success, overseeing the entire lifecycle of the development from conceptualization to operational excellence. You will work closely with board members, investors, and cross-functional project teams to ensure the project meets its financial and social objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing a benchmark for senior living facilities, ensuring that the business model remains sustainable while delivering a superior experience for residents and stakeholders alike.

Ideal Profile:

- A passionate professional with proven experience in real estate and senior living.

- Malayalam language proficiency is required, with the ability to manage end-to-end projects.

- Must handle P&L responsibilities and provide strategic leadership.

- Lead comprehensive P&L management to ensure the project remains financially viable and achieves targeted profitability margins throughout its development and operational phases.

- Formulate and execute long-term business strategies that align with the evolving needs of the senior living market, ensuring a competitive edge in the region.

- Direct the strategic planning process by coordinating with architectural, construction, and operational teams to ensure milestones are met within defined timelines and budgets.
