A CEO for this business (approximate top line of 20-30 crores) needs to have the following:  - Graduate degree from a premier institute  - PG qualifications in Sales/Marketing management  - Should have hands on experience in sales/marketing in the Coffee Business-retailing/equipment selling.  - Should have excellent English speaking & presentation skills  - Must have pleasing personality to deal with top levels in large multinational companies.  - Good interpersonal skills  - Must be a self-motivated individual with high energy levels  - Very high integrity levels  - Willing to travel extensively   - Around 40+ years age  - Minimum of 15+ years of relevant post qualification experience.  Being a relatively small company in a very specialized business, someone from the hospitality business is a must.
