Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end execution of large residential real estate projects.

- Drive project planning, budgeting, cost control, and timely delivery.

- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.

- Ensure quality, safety, compliance, and project profitability.

- Lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.

Desired Profile:

- 8-15 years of experience in residential real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.

- Strong exposure to high-rise residential, township, or mixed-use developments.

- Proven leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing large project budgets.
