Chief Executive Officer - Real Estate Fund

Reports To: Board of Directors

Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives + carried interest

Role Overview

The CEO will lead the strategic direction, operations, and performance of a real estate investment platform. This includes driving investment strategy, overseeing portfolio management, leading capital raising, and building a high-performance team. The role requires deep market knowledge, strong investor relationships, and proven leadership in real estate or private equity environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute investment strategy aligned with market trends and investor goals

- Lead sourcing, execution, and exit of real estate investments

- Manage fund performance to meet or exceed return targets

- Drive capital raising from institutional and high-net-worth investors

- Build and manage a high-performing team across key functions

- Oversee fund operations, compliance, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in real estate investment, private equity, or asset management

- Demonstrated success in leading investment platforms or funds

- Strong network across investors, lenders, and industry partners

- Expertise in financial modeling, deal structuring, and capital markets

- Proven leadership and business-building capabilities

- MBA, CFA, or equivalent preferred
