Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Position Summary:

Our Client is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the company's next phase of growth. The CEO will be responsible for driving business performance, overseeing end-to-end operations, delivering landmark developments, and building institutional processes that support long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall business operations and P&L of AKD Realty.

- Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution.

- Oversee land acquisition, project evaluation, and development.

- Lead construction, project execution, and delivery.

- Drive sales, marketing, customer experience, and brand positioning.

- Manage regulatory approvals and government liaison.

- Build high-performing leadership teams and organizational capabilities.

- Strengthen financial performance, governance, and operational excellence.

- Implement scalable systems, technology, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Drive expansion into new markets and development opportunities.

- Commercial Developments

- Integrated Townships

- Luxury Real Estate

- Mixed-use Developments

- Hospitality-linked Developments

- Slum Redevelopment & Redevelopment Projects (Preferred)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Management, or a related field.

MBA is preferred.

Experience:

18-25 years of leadership experience in the real estate industry with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale developments.
