Role Overview:

Entrepreneurial leader with deep expertise in land acquisition, deal structuring, project development, capital allocation, governance, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive scale and build high-growth real estate businesses.

The role involves leading large-scale developments across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and township projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive P&L for the Real Estate business across projects

- Lead business strategy, project planning, feasibility, and execution

- Oversee design, development, engineering, procurement, and construction

- Drive cost control, budgeting, project monitoring, and timely delivery

- Lead sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle till handover

- Manage tendering, contracts, vendor selection, and procurement

- Build and lead high-performing teams and drive organizational growth

- Handle statutory approvals, liaisoning, and stakeholder management

- Drive business development, acquisitions, and expansion initiatives

Candidate Profile:

- Min 22+ years of experience in Township, High Rise, Mixed Used, IT Parks, Malls, Large Residential & Commercial Projects from Real Estate/Private Equity companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.

- Strong experience in P&L management.
