Capable of enforcing International Best Practices.   Sales & Marketing :   - Would be responsible for Brand Management, sales & Marketing budgets, Target setting, Product pricing, Product specifications, Resolving Project / S & M interface issues, Bank Loans / Funding for customers ( pre project approval), Team Management.   Quality, Procurement & Liasioning :   - Ability to handle all aspects on real estate operations including strategy, design management, planning, construction, procurement, QA & QC.
