The Incumbent :  - Must be an excellent turn-around specialist who can achieve financial and operational break-even in the first 6 months.  - Should be from Emerging Payment, Digital Wallet, Pre-paid, Loyalty, Gift and Credit Card background. Must have hands-on experience and success-stories in setting-up or handling alliances with big, well-known Brands, Corporate and Institutions  - Experience in handling the functions - as mentioned in the matrix on Page-1, and a min. team size of 200 employees  - Well-versed with various financial controls. Has to review Team regularly and report the performance metrics every week to the Top Management  - Should be a very good planner and strategist to ensure revenue & profitability growth are achieved in a consistent and responsible manner  - Must have experience in formulating new alliances especially with major Banks/FI's for growth of future business  - Hiring of fresh blood to be inducted and groomed for business growth  - Working with the Management team to create new Products, and Solutions around Prepaid Cards to satisfy market & consumer needs. Acquire & nurture new and existing customers and be responsible for customer delight  - Be the chief architect and steward for the company to capture maximum market share from competition thereby ensuring the Company is well positioned in the marketplace  - Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership to the Team   - His / her business performance shall be regularly reviewed by the Top Management as well other on-board experts  - This is all India position. Head Office is located in N.
