Has to review Team regularly and report the performance metrics every week to the Top Management  - Should be a very good planner and strategist to ensure revenue & profitability growth are achieved in a consistent and responsible manner  - Must have experience in formulating new alliances especially with major Banks/FI's for growth of future business  - Hiring of fresh blood to be inducted and groomed for business growth  - Working with the Management team to create new Products, and Solutions around Prepaid Cards to satisfy market & consumer needs.
