Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic leader to drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of a premier sports academy with a PAN-India presence. The CEO will be responsible for overall business strategy, P&L, brand development, and ensuring delivery of world-class sports training and facilities across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the long-term vision and strategy of the academy across India.
- Drive business growth, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance revenue and brand value.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality training, facilities, and customer experience.
- Build and nurture relationships with sports bodies, educational institutions, and corporate stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to achieve organizational goals.
Desired Profile:
- 15+ years of leadership experience .
- Proven track record in business management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Passion for sports and must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in sports leadership position.
