Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job location: Hyderabad

- Lead overall business strategy, growth, profitability, and operational performance

- Own complete P&L responsibility and drive sustainable top-line and bottom-line growth

- Develop and execute long-term and annual business plans aligned with group objectives

- Oversee manufacturing operations, quality, supply chain, EHS, and regulatory compliance (GMP, statutory norms)

- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and cost optimization

- Identify and execute new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion (domestic & international)

- Strengthen customer relationships and expand product portfolio and contract manufacturing opportunities

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team; drive culture of accountability and innovation

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management

- Represent the organization with customers, industry bodies, and regulatory authorities

Candidate Profile (Brief):

- BE/B.Tech/M.Pharm/M.Sc. (Chemical/Pharma); MBA preferred

- 20+ years experience with 8-10 years in senior leadership roles in API/Bulk Drugs/Pharma manufacturing

- Strong exposure to regulated markets (USFDA, EU, ROW)

- Proven strategic, financial, and people leadership capabilities
