A leading not-for-profit charitable trust working across Health, Education, Disability, and Water Management is looking for a visionary and mission-driven CEO to lead its social impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the overall operations and administration of the Trust

- Guide and mentor the management team while aligning with the organization's vision

- Drive project identification, evaluation, and impact monitoring

- Build strong relationships with NGOs, CSR partners, institutions, and stakeholders

- Facilitate innovative initiatives in community development sectors

- Liaise with regulatory bodies and oversee compliance requirements

Ideal Candidate:

- Strong leadership and people management experience

- Background in CSR, NGO management, philanthropy or social impact sectors

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and governance

- Passion for creating sustainable social impact
