They are now in the stage of building on the legacy and seek a passionate leader to steer us through the next stage of growth.  Responsibilities and Results :  Strategic Leadership :  - CEO serves as the principal resource to the Board of Directors and leadership team.  - CEO will partner with the Board of Directors to develop strategies for expanding the work of the organization.  - CEO will be required to align the activities of Change Alliance to the values, vision and mission of the organization.  - The CEO will be responsible for Change Alliance staff, resources and relationships for providing strategic vision and direction to enable the development of Change Alliance and the achievement of agreed revenue  100 % of Third Sector Partner profits are invested in Katalyst, our social initiative through professional tertiary education -www.katalystindia.org targets in the agreed budget.  - The incoming Chief Executive will be a change leader.  Fund Raising :  - CAPL wishes to enter the charitable fund-raising arena as a business consultancy opportunity and wishes to develop this aspect of the Indian market.  - To this end CAPL is engaged with PHIA foundation and others. The CEO will be required to provide significant contribution to this line of potential business.  Relationship Management and Brand Management :  - One key role of the post holder will be to forge new relations for the organizations, maintain and deepen existing partnerships including the parent organization.  - Ensure that Change Alliance becomes a known brand among key stakeholders and strategic collaborations and partnerships are forged.  - CEO will be required to represent Change Alliance in appropriate forum like government, community, civil society, donors, partners etc.  - The CEO will invest in new relationship/partnerships; including brand development within current networks and partnerships and with potential new clients/ donors and collaborators in order to develop and expand the consultancy business of Change Alliance.  Governance and compliance :  - CEO is responsible for facilitating an internal governance model that safeguards the investors.  - The CEO is also responsible for the overall legal compliance of Change Alliance's operation in India and its accountability to Christian Aid as a wholly owned subsidiary.  Organization Development and Management :  - CEO is accountable for building an agile & future-facing organisation and leading high performance teams, ensuring all teams are aligned and collaborating to achieve organizational results.  - CEO is responsible for the operational and fiscal integrity of the organization within policies set by the Board of Directors.  - CEO will identify the existing capacity and gaps within the organization and implement strategies to improve financial, operational and human resources efficiency.  - CEO will directly supervise senior leadership positions; work with the COO, Director Business development & Marketing and Finance Director to manage organizational spending, monitor budget compliance, mitigate financial risks and leading Change Alliance in delivery of exceptional quality development programmes.  Business Plan :  - The CEO is responsible for achieving the revenue targets and operating margins set by Change Alliance board as agreed in the business plan.  - The CEO will be responsible to deliver agreed contracts/ client services within budget and overall quality standards set by the board.  Business Development :  - CEO will have the responsibility to drive key results in business development through both personal efforts and through the organizing and leading of dynamic staff and work closely with the Director Business Development & Marketing to identify, cultivate and solicit prospective clients and key leaders of prospective new corporate partners; leverage personal and professional contacts and relationships into  100 % of Third Sector Partner profits are invested in Katalyst, our social initiative through professional tertiary education -www.katalystindia.org business opportunities.  - CEO will be responsible to promote shared commitment to business development in the organization, both at the staff and board level.  - CEO will ensure that Change Alliance becomes self-sustaining by building on and accelerating different avenues of resources generation and achieves its overarching vision of influencing the practices in social development for greater impact in the lives of poor.  Note:- The roles and responsibilities outlined above are not meant to be an exhaustive list of tasks. The need for flexibility is required and the job holder is expected to carry out any other related duties that are within the employee&#39;s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.  Must Have :  - A post graduate/ graduate degree in a relevant discipline with 15 years of experience at a senior level in the non-profit and or in social sector.  - Strong strategic leadership skills and ability to command the confidence and respect of stakeholders.  - Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating multi-functional teams in a complex and dynamic environment.  - Strong communications skills, articulate public speaker, including the ability to listen.  - Proven track record of promoting diversity.  - Experience in developing collaborations and partnerships, building teams and conflict management.  - Experience in complex programme implementation and programme monitoring and evaluation.  - Proven record of financial, and business acumen, in winning consulting business, income generation and fundraising from donors, institutions and the private sector in a highly competitive business environment.  - A strong commitment to good governance and have an understanding of compliance and risk management.  Preferred:  - Wider experience in or across multiple sectors, including government, non-profit, public and corporate environments.  - Experience in building new partnership through CSR  Location: Delhi  Third Sector Partners, a leading senior management and board search firm in the Not for Profit sector has been retained for this position.
