The company is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial CEO to lead the company to its next phase of commercialization and scale.
The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for:
1. Commercial launch and growth
2. Go-to-market execution
3. Team building
4. Regulatory compliance
5. Public and private partnerships
6. Fundraising and investor readiness
This role requires a hands-on builder with strong healthcare domain expertise who can
scale operations nationally while maintaining regulatory rigor and operational discipline.
Experience
1. 15+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, medical devices, or life sciences
2. Proven experience scaling businesses or new ventures
3. Exposure to regulated healthcare environments
4. Experience engaging with government/public health systems preferred
Skills & Competencies
1. Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics (preferred)
2. Deep network within diagnostics and healthcare ecosystems
3. Strong commercial acumen and GTM experience
4. Systems-oriented operational leadership
5. Excellent communication and influencing skills
6. Financial literacy and a strong analytical mindset
