Role Overview:
The CEO will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, operational efficiency, and profitability across the mobility and fleet management business. This role demands a visionary leader with deep operational expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to scale a dynamic, asset-heavy business model sustainably. This role reports to the Group MD and will have a team of senior direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's growth strategy within the mobility and fleet management sector.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations including fleet utilization, maintenance, and optimization to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
- P&L Management: Own the company's financial performance, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Business Expansion: Identify and establish partnerships with ride-hailing platforms, logistics providers, and corporate clients to expand the mobility network.
- Fleet & Asset Management: Lead strategies for vehicle acquisition, financing, leasing, and lifecycle management.
- Technology Enablement: Champion digital transformation and data-driven decision-making to enhance fleet monitoring, maintenance scheduling, and driver performance.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across operations, finance, technology, and customer experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with investors, board members, and strategic partners to align business direction and performance goals.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience in Mobility, Fleet Management, or Transportation Operations.
- Demonstrated success in scaling operational networks and managing vehicle fleets.
- Strong understanding of leasing models, asset management, and operational financing.
- Expertise in P&L ownership, business transformation, and strategic planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in automotive leasing, ride-hailing, or logistics operations.
- Exposure to technology-driven mobility platforms or telematics.
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
- Over 15+ years of total & relevant experience
- Strong executive presence and leadership skills
