Position: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Industry: Mining / Minerals / Mineral Processing.

Experience: 25+ Years | Minimum 5 years in Senior Leadership with P&L responsibility.

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech Mechanical / Mineral Processing / Mining / Metallurgy or relevant engineering discipline is Mandatory.

Language: Telugu Mandatory.

Job Overview:

Quartz-processing project in Hyderabad, with a planned capacity of approximately 1 MTPA Quartz Grits & Fillers, along with downstream value-added products and future HPQ capabilities. We are looking for an experienced CEO to lead the business from project execution and commissioning through operations, profitability, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall business strategy, P&L, operations, and commercial performance.

- Drive execution and commissioning of the 500 Cr greenfield project.

- Lead mineral processing, plant operations, O&M, production, quality, and operational excellence.

- Manage CAPEX, budgets, profitability, cash flow, and cost optimization.

- Drive domestic & international business development and market expansion.

- Lead commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers, technology partners, contractors, and strategic stakeholders.

- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team.

- Ensure compliance across mining, environmental, safety, labour, and statutory requirements.

- Manage relationships with government authorities, investors, lenders, customers, and local stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for capacity expansion, downstream value addition, partnerships, and future growth.

Candidate Profile:

- 25+ years of experience in Mining / Metals / Mineral Processing / Beneficiation / related industries.

- Minimum 5 years in a CXO / Business Head / senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.

- Strong experience in greenfield/brownfield project execution, commissioning, plant operations, O&M, and business development.

- Proven exposure to large-scale CAPEX and mineral-processing projects.

- Strong commercial, financial, strategic, and stakeholder-management capabilities.

- Excellent leadership and organization-building skills.
