Position Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership to drive sustainable business growth, operational excellence, profitability, innovation, and stakeholder value while strengthening the organization's position in the mining, mineral processing, and heavy engineering sectors.

- Develop and execute the organization's long-term strategic vision and business plans.

- Ensure excellence in quality, safety, environmental compliance, and corporate governance.
