We are looking for an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to lead the overall business strategy, operations, financial performance, and growth of the organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the metals, manufacturing, or industrial sector, with a strong track record of P&L ownership, plant and operational leadership, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the complete P&L, budgeting, cash flow, working capital, profitability, and overall financial performance of the business.

- Define and execute the business strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, market expansion, and long-term value creation.

- Lead end-to-end plant and manufacturing operations with a focus on productivity, operational excellence, quality, safety, capacity utilization, and cost optimization.

- Identify and implement business transformation initiatives to improve margins, efficiency, processes, and organizational effectiveness.

- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, resource optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing leadership team with clear accountability and performance objectives.

- Strengthen organizational capabilities, governance, processes, and performance management systems.

- Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, strategic partners, investors, and other key stakeholders.

- Monitor business performance, market trends, competitive developments, and industry opportunities to identify areas for growth and diversification.

- Present business performance, key risks, strategic priorities, and growth plans to the Chairman and Board.

- Ensure strong governance, compliance, ethical standards, and risk management across the organization.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, integrity, innovation, and operational excellence.

Required Candidate Profile:

- 20 - 26 years of overall professional experience, with 15+ years in Metals, Manufacturing, Industrial, or closely related sectors.

- Proven experience as a CEO, Business Head, P&L Head, COO, or equivalent senior leadership role.

- Strong track record of managing end-to-end P&L, profitability, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital.

- Extensive experience in plant operations, manufacturing leadership, productivity improvement, and cost optimization.

- Demonstrated success in business transformation, operational turnaround, or scaling businesses.

- Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and mentor senior management teams.

- Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and Board-level communication skills.

- High integrity, ownership mindset, sound judgment, and leadership maturity.
